Free nights in new hotels
Each calendar year, Inner Circle members can earn a free night by making 3 qualified stays at different Kimpton Hotels.
Once the certificate is earned, it can be redeemed for a free night at one of Kimpton's newly opened hotels. The certificate can only be redeemed during the first 4 to 5 months that the hotel is open. Not every new hotel participates and rooms are subject to limited availability. Full details.
Acquiring Inner Circle status
Unfortunately getting Kimpton Inner Circle status is not easy. You'll need to qualify for IHG Spire Elite status, as well as "frequently stay at Kimpton hotels". There is no published number of Kimpton nights that are required to receive your "invitation", they supposedly evaluate you based on your travel patterns.
The underlying IHG Spire Elite status normally requires 75 qualifying nights, across the entire IHG program. However, it is also possible to qualify by earning 75,000 elite qualifying points and there are a number of shortcuts for earning those points. Guide to the IHG Rewards Club.
